Otter Lake Vacation Packages

The room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and professional. Considering the size of the hotel, the breakfast was very small. However the he food was very warm and tasted great. The pool lounge sitting area outside was beautiful with the gardens and green. The outside space outside the room was atrocious. There were old dog feces outside the door. The door had not been cleaned in what looked like for years. It was disgusting . You could tell that it's not maintained. This was obviously the area where people with animals stayed. It was really gross and the large green space available was all the way across a large parking lot on the other side of the complex. Making having dogs very difficult in that aspect. It was not accommodating at all. Lasti, everyday whether you were staying another day or not, your cards disengaged so you are automatically locked out of your room and had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Considering where our location was, it was quite a distance away from the front desk.

Great place to stay. The room was huge and the staff was very accommodating to allow our stay to be as easy as possible.

Just a very strong concern I have with the hotels today that are pet friendly. At first the pets were only on the 1st & 2nd floors. Now pets are allowed on all floors top to bottom and nothing is said when the pets are brought into the Club Lounge where you are have evening apps and morning breakfast. When you bring that concern to the front desk the answer is that the hotel is “Pet Friendly”. Well where are the rights of the patrons that don’t want the pets in their space or have been in your room the night before you are checking into a so called cleaned room. Gold level -fantastic Worth the extra money

We were in a Gold level room which basically makes it an all inclusive kind of experience. We didn't need to go out to eat at all; they provide breakfast, substantial food for the evening as well as snacks, deserts and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
